I’m Gerald Whitman, and I founded The Helping Hand Tech after over 10 years in the IT industry. My job is to provide new services and introduce the latest technology to clients in a way that makes sense for them. I’ve worked on everything from network administration and hardware troubleshooting to cybersecurity and cloud solutions. I started this company because I wanted to create a place where people can get personalized, approachable tech support. My goal is to help clients feel confident and empowered with the tools they use, making technology easy to understand and even easier to use.
